Human rights, and the destructive communications and actions of differentiated society (2011)

Human rights, and the destructive communications and actions of differentiated society. (Menschenrechte und die destruktiven Kommunikationen und Handlungen differenzierter Gesellschaft) (2011)

Günter Teubner demands whether human beings can be defended against the one-sided rationality of societal subsystems and their organizations by means of constitutional regulation of these world-wide systems. Human rights concern threats to the integrity of human beings. Gunther Teubner considers these threats as a matter of the human body that is excluded or misused by (organizations of) a societal subsystem.
